ADMIN ASSISTANT
Role Summary:
Provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure accuracy, structure, and efficiency across the organization. The role requires a young, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively, manage documentation and reports, and maintain a high standard of quality in all administrative outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documents to company standards.
- Perform quality control checks on documents and deliverables before submission or circulation.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of contracts, records, and reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Support the preparation of meeting notes, minutes, and action trackers.
- Assist with data entry, document updates, and database maintenance.
- Handle basic correspondence, scheduling, and coordination for internal activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and courier companies when required.
- Provide administrative support to finance, operations, and marketing teams as needed.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining workflow checklists, templates, and SOP documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Young, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
