JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Role Summary:

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team in producing high-quality visual assets that align with brand identity and campaign goals. This role blends creativity with technical design skills to bring concepts to life across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt visuals for social media, web, email, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, video, and content teams to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
• Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and templates for campaigns and programs.
• Prepare files and assets for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
• Stay up to date with design trends and contribute fresh ideas to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Support senior designers in executing larger projects and brand initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of professional design experience (internships included).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
