MEDIA VENDORS

Engagement Summary:

Media Vendors will be engaged on a per-project, per-market basis to deliver high-quality visual and audio content across multiple brand platforms. Vendors are expected to uphold creative and technical standards that align with the brand’s storytelling style, production values, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned production briefs, including video, photography, and sound design from concept to final delivery.
• Adhere to strict project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed within the agreed turnaround time.
• Edit, grade, and package multimedia assets for use across digital and broadcast channels.
• Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure alignment with brand voice, visual tone, and narrative intent.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensure all outputs are optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, social media, web) as required per team brief.
• Uphold confidentiality and maintain brand consistency across markets and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories that evoke emotion and clarity.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Proven experience in video editing, color grading, photography, and/or audio post-production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Ability to work independently while taking creative direction.
• Access to professional-grade equipment and editing software.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness in cross-market collaborations.
• Demonstrated portfolio of past work in commercial, brand, or content production.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
