  1. What is the 20Q Scaling/Business Growth Planner?

20Q is a 20-Quarter (5-Year) growth planning document designed to help business owners and founders set long-term strategy, organize quarterly focus areas, and track the signals that show readiness for scaling. It’s typically available only to members of School of Scale Accelerator Program, but has been unlocked for a limited time for Good Soil Forum attendees.

  1. Is this really free? What’s the catch?

Yes, access to 20Q is 100% free for Good Soil Forum attendees. No strings attached. The 25% discount on School of Scale is simply a bonus for those ready to go deeper.

  1. What is School of Scale?

School of Scale is Vusi Thembekwayo’s Accelerator Program designed to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses with the right guidance from someone who has been there, done that… himself. It includes:

  1. Do I need to join School of Scale to use 20Q?

For all attendees of the Good Soil Forum, NO. You can access and use the 20Q planner independently, and FOR FREE. But members of School of Scale get live strategy sessions where Vusi helps them implement and adapt their 20Q plans.

  1. How do I use my 25% discount?

School of Scale has different packages, and we are offering the 25% discount on each. After downloading 20Q, you’ll receive a private link via email to access the discounted School of Scale membership. If you also click on the unlock offer button, you can access your 25% discount directly.

  1. Is there a deadline to redeem my 25% discount?

Yes. Offer ends 30th June 2025.

  1. Is School of Scale for early-stage or advanced founders?

Both. We have founders doing $50K/year and founders crossing $5M/year.
