REFUND POLICY

  1. No Refunds

All payments made for one-on-one mentorship sessions with Mr. Vusi Thembekwayo are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, the fee is final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  1. Forfeiture of Fees

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee will be forfeited.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notification, the session fee will also be forfeited.

  1. Session Validity

  • Utilization Period: If you cannot attend a booked session, you are required to reschedule and use the session within 30 to 60 days of the original booking date.
  • Expiration of Session: If the session is not used within this period, it will be considered expired, and no refund or credit will be issued.

  1. Value of Service

The mentorship sessions are designed to provide valuable insights and actionable strategies tailored to your goals. While the mentor offers guidance based on extensive expertise, it is your responsibility to implement the strategies discussed.

  • The mentor cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your actions and external factors beyond their control.
  • Feedback regarding the session is always welcomed; however, dissatisfaction with the implementation results will not warrant a refund

  1. Emergency Situations

In the event of unforeseen emergencies or circumstances that prevent you from attending a scheduled session:

  • Notify the team as soon as possible via the designated communication channels.
  • While the standard refund policy applies, exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the mentor’s discretion.
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates) may be required for consideration of an exception.

  1. Indemnification

By participating in the mentorship sessions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the mentor from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the advice provided during the sessions.

  • The mentor offers professional guidance, but decisions and actions taken based on the session content are solely your responsibility.

  1. Terms Agreement

By booking a one-on-one mentorship session, you:

  • Acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
  • Understand that the mentorship sessions are an investment in your personal and professional growth, and their value lies in the expert advice provided.
